“You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.” – Dan Millman
Seasonal Focus: Coping with Holiday Stress
The holiday season can bring joy, but also stress, anxiety, and triggers for those in recovery. Here are some tips to stay grounded:
- Plan Ahead: Identify potential stressors and create coping strategies.
- Set Boundaries: It’s okay to say no to events that feel overwhelming.
- Stay Connected: Reach out to your support network or attend group sessions.
Program Updates
- Starting 12/08/25, we will begin offering an adolescent substance use Intensive Outpatient service via telehealth!
- Telehealth Options: Virtual sessions remain available for flexibility and convenience for those unable to attend in-person.
- We have openings for medication management with two APRNs in Lexington and 1 APRN in Louisville!
